A huge thank you out there to everyone who helped us travel, photograph wildlife, paint, draw, and re-home dogs in 2016.
It's also because of your support and generosity that we were able to send a number of people in Ghana, Kenya, and the Philippines to university. Huge! We supported women's programs through United Way, (Live United!) We were even able to scratch up enough to donate $300 to the Abused Adult Resource Center for their new boiler (Which they were able to get, YAY!)
Right now we are not only working on How to Draw Ice Age Animals book, but the how to draw book is probably going to be in English and German. Because people are awesome and we refuse to let 2017 be the year of the bomb shelter-pillow forts. We are also learning our way through the process of moving publishers. It's likely going to be a little messy until we figure out how this all works, but that's OK. We've all been messy around here before.
So many people have helped our little, brilliantly-imperfect group along the way that we all wanted to recognize you. For all you've done. For all you've given, created, bought our books, or tossed a copper in our donation bowl.
And it is with a heartfelt thank you: here's a watercolor owl.
From all of us at the 4 Dog Arts Studio, thank you!
